Before you write

Many problems are covered in Questions and problems. It's worth a quick look first.

Email us

Email session-apps@proton.me. It helps if you include:

• your shop's Shopify address (the one ending .myshopify.com)
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead
• the title and ISBN, if it's about a particular book
• a screenshot of the app's dashboard, if a file shows a problem

Please don't send your SFTP password. We never need it, and you can always make a new one on the Stison setup page.
